using ChivaNet Internet Services servers, network devices, or other properties:

Gain illegal or illicit access to ChivaNet services

Use ChivaNet services to launch attacks on other networks or individuals
.IP *
Install, develop, store, or distribute malware, rootkits, viruses, or illegal
or pirated materials using ChivaNet resources

Cessation of Services

Users agree that access to this service may be discontinued at any time, for 
any reason, at the sole discretion of and without any explanation from our 
system administrators.
